• More Than 23 years of SAP /HANA implementation experience in diversified    industries including  retail,            manufacturing, public sector, utilities, consumer      goods, and financial services.

• Led and managed delivery of several large SAP projects including a $100+ million program with 190-project team.

• Mostly representing the SAP customer and overseeing the execution and  control of SAP project delivery with the     systems integrator.

• Integration of barcode, Mobility with SAP & implementation of SCADA Systems ,Plant integrations as per industry 4.0   Standards.

• Planning & managing entire IT Infrastructure setup entailing assessment of hardware/ software requirements, SAP/ERP     based Solutions, negotiation of purchase & AMC with vendors, installation & configuration of entire IT infrastructure in   line with business requirements, and migration of data from    legacy systems

• Estimation, tracking and implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets & deadlines; coordinating with the     Business Users, Vendors and IT Management Teams

• Devising Business Continuity Plan to ensure uninterrupted business operations and attainment of budgeted objectives
